Accepting these terms
By opening a Monara account you agree to these terms. If you use Monara on behalf of a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping credentials secure. Report suspected unauthorised access immediately.

Fees and billing
Plan fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Transaction fees, where they apply, are shown before you confirm a payment.

Banking services
Monara is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking services are provided by partner banks, Member FDIC.

Ending your account
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
